The song “Living/Breathing” opens up this EP perfectly with the Bon Iver-ish style vocals. Unfortunately that song is the highlight of the EP for me. The rest of it just sort of declines from there. It picks up some momentum around tracks 5 and 6, but then just completely loses me with “In Crisis”. After awhile the tracks start to blend together and just become pretty dull. There’s too many songs that you feel as if they’re going to build up to something great but never do.
